RCP Order Converter
This one's simple. It adds a button to b2b.zagg.com which lets you download your invoices as spreadsheets, which can be instantly imported into RepairQ as purchase orders. Just install the extension, then open any invoice and look for the "Download CSV" button at the top of the page.
RQ Checkin (alpha testing)
Currently usable but very much in its alpha testing stage, RQ Checkin is on its way to becoming one of the most useful tools in our store.
RQ Checkin lets you create a custom checkin form for repair and claim tickets. This form includes all the information about the device and the expectations you have set with the customer. It shows the customer's preferred contact method, the due time, and the price quote. It includes a fully customizable pre-test checklist, as well as a list of the repairs you've told the customer you're going to perform (and the ones you're not going to perform).
This checkin form finishes as a professional and clean sheet which can be printed out and handed to the customer. That way, the customer has a physical sheet of paper to take with them, and it shows everything about the current condition of the phone and the expectations for what you are going to do with the form. No more squabbles about which components worked before the repair and which ones were not testable.
RQ Checkin forms are saved as custom ticket forms in RepairQ, just like anything else. No data is saved outside of RepairQ.
